Cot & Clover LLC – Cloth Diaper Service Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

By enrolling in a Cot & Clover LLC cloth diaper rental service, you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Ownership of Rental Products

All cloth diapers, diaper covers, wet bags, and any other products provided as part of your subscription are the exclusive property of Cot & Clover LLC and are provided to you on a rental basis only.

Client agrees that all rented items must be returned upon cancellation of service or upon request by Cot & Clover LLC. Any rented products that are intentionally kept, sold, gifted, discarded, or otherwise not returned are considered the property of Cot & Clover LLC. Client understands that failure to return rented items may constitute theft and agrees to be financially responsible for the full replacement value of all unreturned items. Cot & Clover LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover its property or associated costs.

2. Diaper Inventory

Client agrees not to accumulate an excessive number of diapers beyond the quantity supplied through their subscription. Diapers should be rotated through normal weekly use and returned during scheduled pickups.

3. Pickup Requirements

Client agrees to place all used diapers and rented laundry items outside in the designated pickup location no later than 8:00 AM on the scheduled pickup day.

If the diapers are not available at the scheduled pickup time and Cot & Clover LLC must make an additional trip, Client understands and agrees that an additional $25 service fee may be charged.

4. Care of Rental Diapers

Because all diapers are professionally laundered by Cot & Clover LLC:

  • Rental diapers must not be washed at home.

  • Rental diapers must not be soaked in water, vinegar, bleach, detergents, or any other cleaning solution.

  • Client agrees to return diapers in the provided laundry bag according to service instructions.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage to the diapers and replacement charges if applicable.

5. Diaper Creams and Ointments

Client understands that many diaper rash creams, ointments, and pastes can leave residue that reduces the absorbency and performance of cloth diapers.

Client agrees to use only diaper creams or ointments that are clearly labeled as cloth diaper safe while using Cot & Clover LLC rental diapers.

Client may be responsible for replacement costs if prohibited products permanently damage rented diapers.

6. Meconium Use

Client agrees not to use Cot & Clover LLC cloth diapers during the first few days following birth while their baby is passing meconium.

Disposable diapers or the Client's own cloth diapers should be used until the meconium stage has passed.

7. Personal Belongings

Client understands that Cot & Clover LLC is not responsible for any personal belongings accidentally placed inside laundry bags or returned with soiled diapers, including but not limited to clothing, toys, pacifiers, bottles, nursing pads, money, jewelry, or other personal items.

8. Changes to Services and Pricing

Cot & Clover LLC reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, service areas, products, pickup schedules, and other service terms at any time.

Reasonable notice will be provided when practical for material changes affecting active subscriptions.

9. Lost, Missing, Damaged, or Unreturned Items

Client agrees to exercise reasonable care while rental items are in their possession.

Cot & Clover LLC reserves the right to charge the Client for any rented items that are:

  • Lost

  • Missing

  • Stolen

  • Damaged beyond normal wear and tear

  • Destroyed

  • Not returned upon cancellation of service

If rental items have not been returned after service has ended, Cot & Clover LLC will make up to three (3) reasonable attempts to contact the Client to arrange pickup. If the items remain unreturned after these attempts, Client authorizes Cot & Clover LLC to charge the payment method on file for the replacement cost of the missing items.

10. Payment Authorization

By enrolling in service, Client authorizes Cot & Clover LLC to charge the payment method on file for:

  • Subscription fees

  • Approved late pickup fees

  • Replacement costs for lost or damaged rental items

  • Other applicable fees outlined in these Terms of Service

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a subscription or using Cot & Clover LLC's services, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

12. Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before Service Begins

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time before their first scheduled delivery and will receive a full refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

After Service Has Started

Once the first delivery has been completed, all subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for used or unused diapers, missed usage, or partial billing periods.

Clients may cancel future service at any time by providing at least 24 hours' notice before their next scheduled pickup and delivery. If proper notice is given, no additional subscription charges will be applied beyond the current service period.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Cot & Clover LLC is committed to providing clean, safe, and high-quality diapering products. If you receive diapers or other rental items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. We will promptly replace the affected items at no additional cost.

Pausing Service

Clients may temporarily pause their subscription for up to four (4) consecutive weeks due to vacations, NICU stays, medical needs, or other special circumstances. Advance notice is required to ensure delivery schedules can be adjusted accordingly.

Ending Service

When ending your subscription, all rented diapers and other Cot & Clover LLC property must be returned in good condition, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any items that are lost, missing, excessively stained, damaged beyond normal use, or otherwise unreturned may be subject to replacement charges in accordance with these Terms of Service.
